I loved your point about changing existing user behavior. Something that I have discussed with friends — If you have a solution that will need the users to modify their existing behaviors, you could be on to the next big idea. How you execute on it will decide if you are going to appear in a Medium article like this in due course.

I think that the point about monetization could be misunderstood by a few — quoted as a license to not plan on the monetization strategy until it’s too late. It would be very interesting to see how does that number (startups monetizing at Series A) compare to the rest of the field.
