As I suggested earlier, I don’t actually object to the notion that women picture themselves as women in their sexual fantasies — the evidence this happens is extensive. I do object that Blanchard has proposed this to be a transsexual-specific phenomenon despite the mountain of evidence suggesting it is not, and deems to organize us on this basis. You say he’s interested in the truth, but in his own methodology he accuses substantial portions of his subjects of lying. That’s cherry picking and it badly undermines any claim to scientific veracity Blanchard (or you) might be able to claim.

For the record, it was Charles Moser who posed Blanchard’s AGP questionnaire to cis women (no scare-quotes needed) and found that 93% of them would qualify as autogynephilic.

Then you have the audacity to claim this is “just about the research.” Yet in another post you go on to argue that you “can’t trust” autogynephiles who are advocating for (also evidence based) care for trans adolescents. Clearly this isn’t about the research at all. You are politicizing this absurd diagnosis and turning it into an ad hominem.
