No, but you may have noticed that your foreign policy amounts to “set the house on fire” and your immigration policy amounts to “and then bar the door shut so they’re trapped inside.”

Seriously, your country’s foreign policy in the past few decades has been absolutely atrocious. You are constantly throwing these small governments in South America and Asia and Africa and the Middle East against the wall, because they didn’t want to dance along to the American trade exploitation tune.

There wouldn’t be any people entering your country illegally if the United States stopped destabilizing them.

So yeah, if your kid makes a mess and you expect them to clean it up, what do you think the world expects of Americans right now?

A single golf clap? Or a long standing ovation?

By clapping more or less, you can signal to us which stories really stand out.
