The SaaS platform for travel property management has raised $600k in Pre-Seed capital from Kickstart Seed Fund, Prelude, and Plus550.

With the rise of travel booking sites like Airbnb and VRBO, the vacation rental market has seen some significant changes in the last 10 years. Most people view the space from the consumer lens and have little insight into the pain of managing a rental. While the front end of the industry has received major lift from travel booking sites, the back-end management has only become more complex.

Fed up with the lack of innovation and broken processes, the founders set out to fix the issues. Having worked with Jason Hahn (CEO) and Blake Lezczynski (CMO) since company formation, I’ve been impressed and at times, speechless with the amount of sacrifice that they and their co-founder, Daniel Ranallo have made to see the initial product released. Not only do the founders have grit to make things happen, they also have experience in building product for real estate technology companies. The combination has led to early validation from the market.

The funding will allow the Company to continue building out the product road map and growth. While there is much work to be done and a long road ahead, this will be an interesting story to watch in the Utah tech ecosystem.
