I’m not sure I follow you, though.

You actually don’t have to run npm install every time using this method.
Indeed, if you are ‘ng serving’ the ars-website, and change an ars-component, then rebuild ars-components, then the ars-website will automatically refresh and show the changes.

I point this out in the article:
“ when we make a change to our library, we just have to rebuild it — but won’t have to run npm install again (at least during development locally!)”
