To publish a red envelope you click on the envelope on the bottom right corner (see 1). Then you click on the cryptocurrency you like to send out (see top right corner of 2). After selecting the cryptocurrency you like to send out you need to fill in the rest to send out your red envelope. Make sure that you have enough tokens in your wallet to send out an envelope.
