The issue with Hillary was that she was Secretary of State, the server was not at all secured, and classified material was sent on the server. The bigger issue is that she lied repeatedly about it and other things associated with it (remember how she only ever had one blackberry and no other devices, like she told us?).
I find this article immensely amusing given that The Ringer Editor-in-chief famously gave one of the most softball question laden interviews EVER to President Obama. As always seems to be the case with the left, the cognitive dissonance is stunning and the double standard being applied is ham fisted and obvious.
What continues to amaze me is that Ms. Knibbs can write these articles pushing for and celebrating the silencing of things she dislikes, but when asked to also denounce and call for the banning of people using the #RapeMelania hastag or the #AssassinateTrump (and other similar) hashtags, she remains silent.
I can’t tell. Was this meant to be a fluff piece to inspire pity for Mort? It seems like there are two stories here that don’t really belong together. The only link is that Mort made a mistake in his initial tweet about deflategate. Otherwise, there’s nothing here but a sob story to make people feel bad for him.
