Food is your friend
It may sound strange as we believe that the lack of food makes us lose weight but this is not true. In fact, if you are starving, your slowing your metabolism. Eat until you’re full, don’t undereat or overeat. Make sure your meals are balanced (they contain right amounts of proteins, carbohydrates and fats suitable to what your body needs).

Hydration is really essential. Every cell of your body needs water to work well. Try to drink some water before every meal. By doing this you will prepare your digestive system for the food and even save yourself some calories. Some people just don’t feel the need to drink much water. If you are one of them you can swap it with sparkling water, coffee, tea which will help you achieve the desired level of hydration.
Walk more
When we are busy, even little exercise helps. In the days we don’t have time for sport we can do some simple things that makes us burn more calories. For instance, if your job is not that far off, ride a bike or walk to get there. Take the stairs instead of the lift, When you’re watching TV or working at a desk, stand and walk a little bit around every hour.
