I would like to know more about what you use for your tracking system. I have a few of those things on autopilot — mint, Fitbit… which means I don’t even look at them. Or log into MyFitnessPal the foods I just ate. How do you make sure you track and measure? (And find time to remain consistent.) I’ve tried the 42folders/GTD system. Way too overwhelming.
