NSCC Pride: I always strongly recommended it and tell everyone about NSCC. It’s so hands on. That’s what I love about both of those two programs. That’s how I learned. I was out of school in two years and had a great career. I was way ahead of a lot of folks.

Hopes for 2017: To open a successful brewery in the Chester Basin — Tanner & Company Brewing. The cooking portion of my education really helped me with being able to start a brewery. There’s recipe development, and ensuring that I build and operate in the brewing process as I did behind the line cooking. It’s very similar. So, come July we’re hoping you can try a really nice pale ale we’ve created. We know it will be a hit!
