What’s Coming Up at #GTIdeology Happy Hour: Holiday Schedule, Topics, and Plans
There is no happy hour discussion this week, as we celebrate American Thanksgiving.

We hope that yours will be a happy one and, for our friends other places, that you have a great Thursday and find a suitable surrogate happy hour.
In the meantime, here is our holiday schedule, a quick preview of what’s coming up the rest of 2015, and a peek at our plans for the New Year.
December Schedule
December 3 — Beyond Ethics: Values, Morals, and the For-Profit Moral Community (6th Radical Idea: The Organization must transcend society.)
December 10 —Skolny and Corleone? Don’t Go Against the Family: Building a Constructive For-Profit Moral Community (6th Radical Idea, Collab with Constance Woodson)
December 17 — Holiday Parties & HR Nonsense (7th Radical Idea: We work with our friends. We profit. We have fun.)
December 24 & 31 — Christmas & New Year’s Eves. No Happy Hour discussion
2016 Plans
January — We will continue discussions of working with friends. Plans include topics of leadership, authenticity, nepotism, and appropriate lines/parameters.
…and beyond — On our next recursion through the 7 Radical Ideas, we will explore their interplays and connectedness with and to the 5th Radical Idea: Profit Belongs to the Individual who creates value — and how it “gives teeth” to the first four.
Do you have topic ideas? Want to collaborate on one?
If you have ideas for a topic, series, or theme, to explore through the lens of our #GTIdeology and/or would like to collaborate with us, we want to hear about it. Collaborations can be through the lens of your own expertise, experience, philosophy, or simple interest in the topic.
Note: You do not have to propose a topic to collaborate on it. If something on the schedule intrigues you, you’re welcome (provided you’re a regular member of Happy Hour. We are not interested in a 1-time “guest host” or that sort of thing).
There is only one way to become a regular: Join us!
#GTIdeology Happy Hour

You’re invited to — and we hope that you will — join us every Thursday (obviously excluding holidays) at 4:00 PT | 7:00 ET to unofficially kick off the weekend with the fun, friendly, and brilliant #GTIdeology Happy Hour crowd.
We discussing serious, complex, and/or sensitive topics each week. Thinking is encouraged. Fun is mandatory. And yes, it really is a fun, friendly, and brilliant group of people.)
Here is our cool video intro created by one of them, Craig Engstrom:
