We’re excited to announce the release of the Skywallet Hardware Development Kit available for purchase in the Skycoin store effective immediately.
The Skywallet HDK is designed to allow developers to add functionality to the Skywallet. This device is mostly the same as the consumer-facing Skywallet (soon to be released), except it has an ST programmer, exposed PCB board and larger form factor with bigger buttons that make it easier to handle. The Skywallet does not yet have an SDK.
The reason we decided to release this HDK for the Skywallet is because we wanted to make it easier for people to add their own functionality to our open-source cold storage cryptocurrency wallet. We would like to invite other cryptocurrency projects and enthusiast community developers to pick up a Skywallet HDK and get coding!
