In some of our previous growth blogs, the tribe and squad structures in Skyscanner have been mentioned.

I’ve created a short video of what it really means to be in a growth squad which you can look at below. Calling yourself a squad and tribe is the easy part, it’s the culture and mind-set shifts that can be the hard part.

The inspiration came from Spotify and Skyscanner’s version is now the structure of choice across the whole business. There are many variations in place and like a living organism, things are continuously evolving as the company and products expand and grow.
