I love this so much it hurts. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. At (almost) 52 years old I still haven’t fully learned this lesson. And sometimes the weight of expectations and shoulds (mine and others) crushes me until I can’t move. I will save this and read it every time I start thinking I need to change who I am.
