On Collaboration

I started seeing that the way that I was being misappropriated in the company is where I had worked with something that I started also observing happening in and issues that were shifting along the way too. For instance defense aerospace sciences and other affiliated companies and industry. Places where the rush of innovation and technological development and outside products were moving faster without legacy companies shifting.

I started seeing friends who are dedicated long career and tenure at agencies federal agencies research labs and science labs were trying to pimp it and add to original mission to keep up with the fast pieces of aqatechnological design infrastructure and our times. And just like I had at my legacy company tried to bring in tech Meeks to strengthen overall mission leaders and people was in the higher Archail structure had stopped in stifled any sort of change outside of their Single line strategies approved by big board of directors and management. I think that this started indicating a shift needed to understand collaboration better. The shift to try to understand and serve missions better to keep up with competition on the outside instead of serve individuals egos to launch or set places for launching pad after they’ve set standards and single missions was in promotion. It’s not just about bringing in a “” innovator” as a consultant it’s about bringing in a consultant that innovates to help shift the mentality and minds of the individuals within the company is to keep them going strong.
I never want to undermine my bosses my colleagues are any of my other superiors. It wasn’t that I was hoping to be a leader it wasn’t that I was trying to misstep ago out of step of learning — it was that I was busily on the outside noticing changes being around a community of people changing popular thought and I to the strategist and someone who gets to know people quite intimately was trying to bring in the fast pace of the outside internally to something that was moving slowly and self-serving.
And although I had been fired I do believe that the company lost out on me and opportunities to grow and bring strong single-line strategies to affect the mission the strength of the brand not just individual leader leading the way.
That’s why it’s imperative for conversations to open and for people to cross collaborate cross pollinate and open up dialogue so that strategies missions and past failures can be discussed and worked can get done. It’s about seeing how to reshape and build upon what everybody the individual knows from all of their experiences and what can be brought to the table I don’t see this as a problem. I don’t see this is any sort of fascism socialism I see it as something as unequaltaruanism.
