I agree, I’ve had co-workers who would take their work home with them and continue it their out of hours. I can’t do that I can’t give up my personal time. Problem is when they don’t work as a team they inherently include flaws that other team members would have pointed out sooner but can’t keep up with their work load. At the same time you can’t be the guy complaining because someone works harder than you.
