This is a step towards a balanced mind and to expand our visions, to be able to do what we want to do as an individual, to be a real woman and to step towards our dreams.”

Why do you use the app? Are you hoping to meet people with any specific profile?

I am studying UX design and my classmate told me about Smartcasual. I am looking to meet other startup founders or people in the industry to have a chat.

Who have you met using Smartcasual?

I have met Luca, the managing director of Zalora Hong Kong.

What can you offer other people who meet you?

I have 15 years of experience in the import/export trading business and a plus size blogger for 7 years. This is the information I can offer to people who wants to meet me.

Has anything positive for your business come out of any of your meetings?

Yes, it has. Luca was very open and he and I talked about fashion, UX and the e-commerce market and I have gain some insights from our meeting.

Would you recommend Smartcasual to your friends?

I would and did, I have recommended Smartcasual to a couple of my friends recently and they love how there is a platform for people in different industry wanting to share their expertise and help each other.
