5 Movies That I Can Watch Anytime

Boredom sucks! When your bored, it’s just the worst. I own like 500 movies and some days, I don’t feel like watching any of them, man. Still, these five I can pop in anytime and enjoy.

Back To The Future

How can you loose, man? How can you loose? You’ve got a cool kid, skateboards, the fifties, a crazy doctor, great music, you get it all with Back To The Future. This movie is just an absolute blast. You can have this movie playing the background, or you can give it all your attention. Either way, this movie is awesome.

Look this isn’t related to the article, but I want to talk about the sequels for a second. Hate ’em. I really, really, do not like the sequels. I think that Parts 2 and 3 are completely joyless bores. There I said it…but Back To The Future is a perfect movie and I’m always down to watch it.

Cloudy With A Chance Of Meatballs

I just get this movie. Every joke lands for me, and I just connect with this film. Also, this movie inspires me to get up and go cook delicious food. Cloudy With A Chance of Meatballs gives me everything I need to instantly cure boredom. I’m not gonna lie; I’m currently writing this list because I’m bored, and I’ve just decided that this is what I’ll probably watch tonight…after I finish watching video’s of tour buses on YouTube.

The Italian Job

Look. I’m not an idiot. I know this isn’t a great movie, this isn’t even a really good movie, but it’s fun. Something “cool” is always happening in this movie. The team is always doing something fun, and I’m always ready to join them. I’m ready to get revenge on Ed Norton under the leadership of Marky Mark and a Funky Bunch of criminals. This is almost like a quieter, more scientifically accurate Fast Five. On a side note, this movie has a very impressive score! While making this list, I’ve stopped watching bands show off their tour buses, and now I’m listening to the score on Spotify.

The Mighty Ducks

These kids are really scary

This one immediately sparks my nostalgia, and I feel like a little kid. The minute I hear that score, my spirits soar and I’m ready to have fun. Bonus: If you have friends who grew up with this franchise, invite them over! The third film is perfect for a good roast.

The School Of Rock

Jack Black’s best performance ever. Hands down. This movie is really good and you can’t help but smile when you watch Dewey Finn on his rock and roll journey. I don’t know anyone who hates this movie, and there’s never a time when I don’t want to learn about rock from Mr. Black.

You ever been bored before?

One clap, two clap, three clap, forty?

By clapping more or less, you can signal to us which stories really stand out.
