I enjoyed reading this. I beleive this applies closely with improving one’s own EQ in the military, something that I anecdotally posit as not being emphasized nearly enough in today’s enviroment. A smaller force required to employ contradicting principles in complex environments should naturally train an improved level of EQ. Thanks for publishing!
