Companies will always have the boiler plate they need for the discriminatory firings they engage in. No unions or laws or networks can ever cover every loophole favored by HR “Pros”. Only real leverage matters, and there is a way to make sure everyone in your position has that leverage. It’s called Basic Income, and I would really like to hear how you would have handled your situation differently, if you had it (a Basic Income of approximately $1000/month).
