“Hello, World!”
Being new is always hard, but we all have to start somewhere.

We established the company back in 2013 and had to work hard to get to our current position. At first there was only 3 of us in the co-working, struggling to get experience and renown. Cracked iPad 2 and personal smartphones were our instruments. Clanky laptops didn’t help either.
The most important skill that I had acquired those times — it’s how to learn new stuff. Our main rule for newcomers was “Google before asking”.
It has helped us a lot. Soon after we began to specialize. Some became experts in testing on mobile platforms, others with the websites.

At the beginning of 2014 we had 10 mobile devices. We also hired a friend to help us. Searching clients, maintaining software and hardware — we are done all by ourselves. All our efforts were dedicated to the common cause. It was extraordinarily helpful — we were able to pull this out only because we were such a good team.

Fast-forward to 2015.
10 employees in our company. We moved in a brand-new office building. We ended up in an 8th floor and the view was fascinating. First time in my life I was in such a position — working from 10am to 7pm in a great building with my friends and colleagues.
Despite moments of desperate we handled our job with a robotic precision. Our processes and documentation were mostly already established at this point. We needed to hire more people and help them to learn our work standards as fast as possible.

The year is 2016.
14 people in the office. All rooms are filled with people — it was a really hot summer. Here we started working with huge companies like Zeptolab and Sports Illustrated. I thought that previous experience would help us, but the tasks were brand new. It gave us the perspective for further development.
At this point we abandoned Telegram and started using Slack for internal communication. Some of our employees were working on out-staff projects in other local companies. Reporting back once in a week they were giving us quick insights on their experiences. This helped us to educate a new wave of testers.

Now is summer 2017.
SnoopGame had grown twice in size over the past year. Currently, there are 31 full-time employees. This winter we have moved to our second office. In few months we will rent the neighboring office. The plan is to smash the wall dividing us and transform the office into 300 square meters open space. This should satisfy our need to maintain growth rates.
The big part of our work now is to visit GameDev conferences and I am excited about it.
Here at SnoopGame we are simple guys and gals, working every day to ensure the quality of your experience.
Whether it’s a match3 game or a medical app.
We are always up to the new challenges.
