SocialFi Alliance Launch Campaign Roundup
We’re glad to announce the successful conclusion of the SocialFi Launch Campaigns. 6 campaigns co hosted by our partners, including trading competition, Lottery, social savings game, directly demonstrated the convenience of the next generation personal finance on social networks.
SocialFi founding partners include Polygon, as the full stack ethereum scaling solution, and 7 social DeFi apps all running on Polygon — lottery DApp PoolTogether, social trading DApp dHEDGE, social saving DApp GoodGhosting, prediction market DApp Augur, and trading widgets including SushiSwap, QuickSwap, and DODO. We have also invited 4 ecosystem partners: developer community Gitcoin, fiat on-ramp solution Transak, NFT badge provider Project Galaxy, multi-chain incubator Impossible Finance. Finally, we have enlisted the help of 3 community and media partners: Real Satoshi, Bankless DAO, and Global Coin Research.

More than 167 addresses participated in 2 campaigns or more. 22 addresses participated in 4 campaigns or more.

We have also prepared limited edition NFTs with our SocialFi Alliance partners. The NFTs are made by Galaxy. Any users eligible for USDC rewards are also eligible to the NFTs. There was limited time for some of the campaigns. We will host individual campaigns with partners like QuickSwap and PoolTogether again.
We have received many inquiries on how to join the alliance. We have also received a lot of suggestions and were inspired by a lot of things. The second batch of SocialFi is also in the works. For Layer1/2s, we are almost done with Arbitrum and xDai, and are working on Optimism and Solana. For applications, 0x, 1inch and BarnBridge are almost done. Yearn.finance, Perpetual Protocol, Rari Fuse and Reality Cards could be the next ones in line. We are going to introduce more dapps and bring better social network + finance experience to a broader audience. We are working on a Social NFT alliance to bring more NFT fun to the users.
We believe that with the vast majority of the Internet users also being social network users, getting DeFi directly onto the major social networks like Twitter, Facebook could be the most critical step towards large-scale user adoption of DeFi and Web 3.0 applications. We welcome all projects who share our vision to join forces with us. We will expand the SocialFi Alliance to multi-chain and many, many more applications. Let’s meet in the decentralized world.
