I think I'd just quit Facebook if I were you. You're too young to be this angry over anything posted anywhere on the Internet lol.
And as a guy who served 21 years on active duty, I can assure you that everyone is entitled by the Constitution (that pesky document!) to have their own opinion, informed or otherwise.
As someone else pointed out elsewhere, the Brexit thing is incredibly complex to sort out and people not getting any of it far outweigh anyone who might sort of get it.
I lived in Turkey for 2.5 years back before the fall of the Soviet Union and while Turkish standing forces are numerous, these are mostly conscripts on compulsory duty, not professional soldiers. Yes the Kurds are outnumbered and nobody in that area of the world wants them which is unfortunate. But this is nothing new really. But they have long been a thorn in Turkish sides, most attributed to the PKK (Kurdish Workers Party) and their terrorist ways. You want the average American to understand the dynamics involved there? Seriously? Most Americans can't count back change properly or identify key government figures in the presidential line of succession lol. Best of luck with that. Perhaps many are simply war weary and don't give a rip about people on the other side of the world?
The world gets ever more complex and people get ever more disinterested. It's a bad combination, but that's the way it is all the same.
