A chocolate a day keeps the doctor away!
Eating six chocolate bars a week could help cut your risk of a fatal heart condition, according to a Harvard study. The study found a strong association between regularly consuming the confectionary and a reduced risk of heart arrhythmia.
Men who ate between two to six portions of chocolate a week had a 23 percent lower risk of developing the condition atrial fibrillation. But for women, eating just one portion a week lowered their risk by 21 percent.
