Facebook’s AI created its own language, so its creators shut it down

Facebook’s Artificial Intelligence division created a system dedicated to negotiations. Days later, they realized that two bots stopped speaking English and began to communicate in their own language, a more effective one.

The issue? If the AI ignores the language in which it was programmed, development and improvement could be hard to achieve. Plus of there’s the possible collusion between the two bots to create ‘skynet’
