Jim Markson lived through the TET Offensive and buried his experiences for almost 50 years until he broke through the emotional barrier and wrote his memoir in VIETNAM AND BEYOND, Veteran Reflections.

Many of those who survived the ravages of the Vietnam War and who were met on their return home with rejection and negative labeling never got the help they needed. Jim waited almost 20 years before entering the doors of his local VA and was finally able to tell his story and move in a positive direction in life.
