🇵🇹 Há uns meses atrás estivemos presentes numa feira de voluntariado, na Católica Lisbon School of Business & Economics. Poderia ter sido só “mais uma feira”, mas não foi. Aconteceu algo de especial: conhecemos a 180 Degrees Consulting!

A 180 Degrees Consulting é uma consulta Pro Bono, fundada em 2007, e presente em todo o mundo. E o que que faz? Constrói equipas multifacetadas de jovens estudantes de gestão, tipicamente de países e backgrounds diferentes, e ajuda associações como a Sonha a criar ainda mais valor. E foi precisamente isso que fez / fizeram, designadamente a Anna, a Laura, o Jakob e o Vasco!

O desafio que lhes propusemos não era fácil, mas as soluções apresentadas não poderiam ter sido melhores!

Desde há algum tempo que queremos mudar a forma como gerimos o nosso Fundraising, designadamente a forma como celebramos e cuidamos das nossas parcerias.

Ora, foi precisamente nesse aspeto que a 180 Degrees Consulting nos ajudou, mas não só. Eles foram ainda mais longe e ofereceram-nos todo um conjunto de ferramentas para que nos conseguíssemos afirmar com uma imagem mais forte, dessa forma criando ainda mais valor.

🇬🇧Some months ago we attended a volunteer fair at Católica Lisbon School of Business & Economics. What could have been only one more fair was rather a special moment: we met 180 Degrees Consulting!

180 Degrees Consulting is a Pro Bono Consultancy Firm, founded in 2007, and present around the world. Their scope is to help NGOs like Sonha creating even more value. So, for that purpose, they gather students of management, typically from different countries and with different backgrounds and built versatile teams that successfully achieve that. And that’s exactly what they — Anna, Laura, Jakob and Vasco — did!

The challenge was not easy, but they managed to exceed all expectations.

We have been wanting to change the way we manage our Fundraising, namely the process regarding the partnerships: how to perform them and, more important, how to take care of them!

And that was precisely where 180 Degrees Consulting played its part. But they even went further: they provided us with a set of tools so that we can improve our image, creating even more value.
