94% of crimes committed against black people are committed by black people.

86% of crimes committed against white people are committed by white people.

Population size is irrelevant. It doesn’t matter if you’re 12% of the population or 63% of the population, those quoted percentages still refer to how often. So if you could actually do math, you would realize that, in that context, 94% and 86% are much closer together and not as far apart as you’re trying to make them to make white people seem more civilized than black people.

Black people are the most segregated population in the country. White people, who aren’t as segregated, and are free to live anywhere, still commit 86% of the crimes against one another. Any person with half a gnat’s brain would realize that this points to the fact that most crimes occur intra-racially and white people are not exceptional.
