V2 $DAWGS contract upgrade to support expansion including new $RKTS DeFi booster token

December 16th, 2021, The SpaceDawgs DAO announces a V2 $DAWGS contract upgrade that will eliminate transaction fees. The new V2 $DAWGS is a Standard ERC20 token with its contract audited by Certik. The DAO also announces the launch of a new token, Rockets ($RKTS), to be distributed to the $DAWGS community.

New V2 $DAWGS contract upgrade supports bridge and CEX expansion to unlock token value by eliminating the 2.5% transaction tax. Greater token velocity supports scaling, liquidity, partnerships, and ensures flexibility in meeting future compliance measures.

Gas: User will be required to pay gas for their redemption and bonus $RKTS tokens.

The DAO has created a fund to help alleviate gas costs for smaller holders. Users may apply after upgrading using the application posted in SpaceDawgs channels. Applications will be reviewed by team contributors with grants made on a case by case basis.
