NURTURING CREATIVITY AND CONNECTIONS: MY EXPERIENCE IN BK HAN’S MEDIUM WRITING CLASS

Today, I had the pleasure of attending a Medium writing class led by the talented instructor BK Han. The class was a vibrant mix of individuals from diverse backgrounds, all united by a shared passion for writing and storytelling.

One of the highlights of the class was the opportunity to connect with fellow writers. One classmate, in particular, stood out — Delphine. Delphine is a wonderful woman in the realtor industry, and her insights and experiences added a unique perspective to our discussions. Her passion for storytelling and commitment to her craft were truly inspiring, and I am grateful to have met her.

BK Han’s guidance and expertise created a supportive and collaborative environment where ideas flowed freely. Through various writing exercises and prompts, BK Han encouraged us to explore new perspectives and push the boundaries of our creativity. His feedback was insightful and encouraging, helping us to refine our writing skills and craft compelling stories.

During one exercise, Delphine impressed us all by composing five articles in just 20 minutes. Her ability to write with such speed and precision was astounding and served as a reminder of the diverse talents and skills within our class.

Throughout the class, BK Han emphasized the importance of vulnerability in our writing. He encouraged us to dig deep, share our truths, and embrace the raw and authentic aspects of our stories. This emphasis on vulnerability not only enriched our writing but also created a space for personal growth and self-discovery.

As I reflect on my experience in BK Han’s Medium writing class, I am filled with gratitude for the opportunity to learn and grow as a writer. His guidance and mentorship have inspired me to continue honing my craft and sharing my stories with the world.
