Week 1: I didn’t have a New Year’s resolution…

I’m not the type of person who makes New Year’s resolutions. This year is gonna be different. Recently I was ask if I would like to write a blog post for the company website, and it was a lot harder then I expected. I have never been good with them English words but now it’s time for that to change.

It really struck a cord with me when Casey Neistat talked about not finishing projects because they had to be perfect. It’s not that I’m holding off finishing a project because it has to be prefect, it’s the fact I haven’t even started. I am going to be a closer this year and it starts with getting out of my comfort zone and push my limits.

With that being said I am going to hold myself to a writing challenge. Once a week I will be posting (Sunday night or Monday morning) a new piece I wrote during the week. That’s 52 different pieces! Whoo! I’m already a bit tired just thinking about it…

This challenge isn’t about making award winning work but actually just making something. Along the way I hope I can provide some insightful or witty stories for people to enjoy, but I wouldn’t hold your breath.

I can barely spell let alone write complete sentences. So if you are brave enough to read any of the next 52+ entries be prepared for grammatical errors. Yes there will be run on sentences and misplaced commas. I have no idea what I am going to write about so there is a 99.4% chance it will be complete nonsense. This is a work in progress.

One clap, two clap, three clap, forty?

By clapping more or less, you can signal to us which stories really stand out.
