Providing you with tools that help you get the most value out of SpiderOak products is a top priority for our customer success team, and our Help Center is a key component of this mission. We recently made some updates to our support site that we want to tell you about.
SpiderOak’s Help Center is now hosted at https://spideroak.support. This is a small change from the original address, support.spideroak.com, but gives a big benefit for our users in terms of the speed and responsiveness of our Help Center. Direct links to support articles will all redirect to the new domain. If you do happen to find a URL that doesn’t load correctly please be sure to let us know at https://spideroak.support/hc/en-us/requests/new.
New self-service tools
We believe that you should always have a clear path to contact our support team; some issues need help from our team. However, in many cases it’s possible to self-solve using the information in our Help Center. To help you in doing so we have two new resources:
- Interactive Troubleshooter for SpiderOak One: Follow a step-by-step diagnostic process to resolve issues
- Auto answers: When a new support ticket is opened our system will automatically suggest relevant Help Center articles based on the text of your request.
