Kevin, Great article! And it touches on just a subset of the bigger issue around functionality of websites — designed by the young for the young. My eyesight is not what it is used to be, but I’m tech savvy. So, for example, I know that on most browsers typing CTRL+ will zoom the screen, but many people, especially older folks — the very people who need it, don’t know this. Why isn’t the Font +/- that I conveniently see on some sites built into major providers’ services.
