Good article, I mostly agree except for two things:
I’m not sure that reading a book is inherently more valuable than reading articles online. Sure, reading The Nine Facts About How Lolcats Changed My Life on 9Buzzcrackedgag is certainly a waste of time compared to reading a book that has sufficient literary value or that teaches you things, but reading Twilight certainly does not do better things for you than reading an article furthering your knowledge about your professional field, yet takes a lot more time. It’s all about the content.
Also, how do I know who I need to respond to without opening my inbox first?
