Miami Heat center Willie Reed Jr. leaked out NBA 2K17 footage that reveals David Aldridge and Brent Barry of TNT providing commentary for the game. Previous clips featured commentary from Doris Burke and Greg Anthony. Will there be multiple commentary teams in NBA 2K17?

At this point all we can do is speculate. 2K Sports has yet to clarify the matter.

The video has been removed from Reed’s Instagram, but the twitter account #NBA2K4LIFE posted a copy of the footage here.

One of the biggest criticisms of NBA 2K17 so far has been the lack of promotion for the game, and the turgid pace at which gameplay features, screenshots, trailers, and demonstrations have been revealed. NBA 2K17’s September 20 release date is coming up quickly, and there is still a lot we don’t know about the upcoming title. That said, it stands to reason that the updates will be coming fast and furious over the next few weeks.
