Sums up what I’ve been trying to express recently.

“It was the best of times it was the worst of times” a Tale of Two Nations.

What was blatantly apparent and has been foolishly ignored by those in positions of comfort and security is that a large part of this country was being ignored and marginalised.

What is even more appalling is that had Remain won, all of the self satisfied, smug intelligentsia that includes the likes of Eddie Izzard, Daniel Craig. JK Rowling, Richard Branson, Nick Clegg, Billy Bragg, Damon Albarn, and Will Self to name but a few, would have continued to ignore those within this country who feel ignored, isolated, disenfranchised and with no voice. It is arrogant and stupid in the extreme for those who chose to ignore those who were genuinely feeling hurt, bullied and alone. If this Referendum had not been called, this country would have exploded. David Cameron called this Referendum because he realised he had no choice.

The elite of the EU and successive governments have been prepared to feather their own nests at the expense of real, hard working ordinary people. These individuals are not stupid or lack common sense but they will not be bullied.

There is nothing the psyche of this country detests more than a bully.

We will not be shamed, cajoled or bullied by any individual, state or nation that believes it’s high minded intellectual superiority overrides common sense and instinctive sense of what is right for the country.

For all those that say we want a second Referendum I say grow up!

Learn from history, ignore those who are down trodden at your peril! Try reading Carlyle’s History of the French Revolution or Dickens Tale of Two Cities. The equivalent of the aristocratic elite today are the unaccountable, unelectable, disconnected self satisfied bureaucrats of the EU. Note they want to punish a nation that had the temerity to make a stand and say Non, enough. Observe too, what is really going on in Europe; there is dissatisfaction rampant and the chickens are coming home to roost.

The truth and reality of the monumental failures of the Project are becoming apparent.

Britain 's journey will be bumpy and challenging. But every right minded, common sense individual, old and young will in time, thank God and the courage of individuals who broke away as the European Union collapses. Àn edifice that is founded on lies, corruption and arrogance.

Do not ever underestimate the intelligence of the British electorate.

Do not ever lose faith in the fortitude, resilience and courage of this nation that has made its presence felt throughout the centuries and shown that it will not be bullied, frightened or cajoled by any nation, organisation or individual.

One clap, two clap, three clap, forty?

By clapping more or less, you can signal to us which stories really stand out.
