It’s ironic to say that I sleep quite well even after the use of Mobile before bedtime. So, the question to be asked is, how are people sleeping now a days? Is there a shift in pattern and if yes, how does mobile affect our sleep?
There is a significant rise in stress level and does the use of Social Media increase it before bedtime? If so, how does the sleep get affected?
What if people sleep right after reading a book or watch a video that calm their minds?
All studies related to mobile usage are incomplete. We need to dig more before arriving a conclusion.
