I’m as horrified as everyone else by the rash of police over-reaction and brutality and an encroaching police-state. This incident falls short of that IMO. This looked like a fairly routine ‘trying to handcuff someone that doesn’t want to be handcuffed’. Other than the cop stomping on the guys leg, in evident frustration at having to wrestle with the dude, I wouldn’t call this brutality.. or worthy of someone ‘doing something’. If we want to condemn anyone it should be the whoever called the police because ‘someone was doing something with sticks’ (in front of their Starbucks most likely).
