Carve space for failure.

Dont compare, create.

Failure is an essential part of every success story.

We live in an era where everyone obsesses about success. Everyone is tryna get that paper, that title, that status. We go to extreme lengths to be a successful people. We frown upon our failures and forget, they’re part of our journey to success.

We beat ourselves down when failure visits our residence of labour and ideas. We cave in, remove ourselves from the public eye, until we “find our feet” again, according to society’s terms of stability.

Look, when you arent succeeding, you arent failing either. You’re trying. You are trying, and have breathing proof that you’re not static, dormant or wasting away in passing wind.

Failure is an essential part of a success story.

NB: In diplomatic terms, if you have not failed, you have not started living. You have not done much in your life.

Failure is a sign of having been too ambitious; believing in yourself this much, should count as an amazing massage for your ego. Failure is sign that you’re an ambitious being. A sign that you’ve tested waters and now redirecting your energy and enthusiam to the next capable idea.

I’ll tell you what the problem is: You are ruthlessly hard on yourself. You are on the clock busy, in comparison with the next person; and never sweating busy, working on your goals. “He’s winning, why am I losing?”

Keep working on your craft, if you fail so what? Onto the next. Keep it moving.

You need to understand how vastly different our journeys, backgrounds, work ethic and visions are.

As you seek to become better in the realm of your career, you ought to constantly remind yourselve to CREATE” and not compete. There will always be people who have more than you do, but never for a second think you’re slacking, when you’re making efforts towards reaching your goals.

Comparison and competition put you in a space of scarcity. CREATION puts you in a space of abundance. Abundance enables you to create more and sustain momentum.

On a more collective note: We need to Start embracing and learning from your failures. Our failures deserve the same platform as our successes. Our failures deserve to be credited when we are acknowledged for greatness. We are because of our failures and experiences and not in spite of them.

Applaud yourself for trying and keep striving.
