Sorry, but you are either dead-wrong on your facts or covertly flacking for the other side. Are you aware of the number of errors in the NICS database that exist because disqualifying information doesn’t get entered? And are you aware of the number of NICS check failures that occur every year, yet are not prosecuted? You can check the FBI and BATFE’s own public information and see this.
