100k Twitter Sub Milestone: A look at StarTerra’s Achievements and Roadmap

The council of StarTerra is pleased to have recognized milestones achieved in such a short time looking back at our current history. This is all thanks to the participation and efforts of you, StarTerrans, spreading awareness, recruiting new members and joining in each IDO mission. Our alliance of members joining each faction has grown exponentially. If you haven’t joined one of our IDOs just think what would your experience be like to join the largest Alliance in the Universe. Following reaching 100,000 followers on Twitter, we wanted to give a big thank you from us, the StarTerra team, to the community for helping us reach this milestone! Its important for us to continue to deliver an effective and functional Launchpad, however without the fundamental backbone of a great community behind us, it means nothing. Which is why we’re very grateful to have each and everyone of you on board through our cosmic journey and hope that this is only the beginning for us and for you!

Now in order to have reached this milestone, we’ve had no option but to constantly be pushing out new IDOs, platform features, content, etc, and we’re absolutely dedicated to that, but there’s a lot that’s already happened through our relatively short life span so we’ve decided to take one small look back and recap what we’ve achieved in such a short time.

At the time of this article, we’re currently on our 8th IDO this year raising over 9,000,000 UST officially, with a much higher actual number as that’s only the intended platform raise.

On the topic of IDOs, our most recent one, SolChicks, incidentally broke our record for the highest number of participants in an IDO, clocking in at 6085 players. Simply astounding amounts of people getting involved, which is hardly surprising when you consider there’s over 20,000 players with completed or in completion KYC which are taking part in part in our IDOs, and so far a community engagement of 35,000 players across all our IDOs.

In terms of our gamified theme, for this high level of involvement from the community, we thought it best to give back using our features that we’re actively incorporating, namely our Play2Earn agenda, giving out a total of $73,500 UST across all players simply for taking part. However, that’s not the only function we’ve held our promise to; we’ve recently held our first governance vote, for stakers of STT, deciding on the subject of burning 6.5 million team & advisory tokens permanently. As this vote was met with a unanimous decision of burning the tokens, that’s exactly what we’ve done, and will be rolling out more governance proposals in the coming days & weeks.

However, the StarTerra Governance token burn is not the only token burn we’ve initiated so far! Since we’re dedicated to keeping the value of our token competitive, we’ve burnt a total of 291,315 tokens. Soon, we will burn 5,000,000 Team tokens and 1,500,000 Advisory tokens.

With decisions as big as this at the players fingertips, we really want the community to be aware that we are listening to every player equally and taking everything under consideration as we move forward and into the future with StarTerra.

With that being said, here are few more features and systems we’ve introduced so far that are worth recapping on:

• Ever since our first IDO, we’ve been handing out airdrops for our loyal STT stakers for almost every token launched through our platform, and will continue to do so with greater rewards for those that stake for longer periods of time to get you to enjoy your stay with us (Coming in V2)!
• We’ve introduced instant migration across our factions to allow players the freedom and accessibility you want to be whatever faction you please.
• We’ve even had our first cross-chain IDO, with SolChicks being developed on the Solana blockchain launching on our Terra platform.
• As another addition to the gamified properties of our platform to improve user experience, we also introduced Squads for recruit tier players with not enough capital to qualify for a faction, allowing even users with less assets to still receive a chance at gaining an allocations in a similar way to what a Faction member would receive.

However, with our first cross-chain IDO happening, we can assure you this is more of a beginning than a one off in terms of our cross-chain partnering. With intentions to bring you the most reputable projects from every blockchain possible, we have many exciting things lining up on our schedule that we can’t wait to release to you. The most prominent change will be our V2 platform offering new features such as increased airdrop amounts for our longest STT stakers, development in our UI to ease interaction, and more.

That being said, we’re not only going to make the launchpad experience better, we aim to make our platform more of an experience itself by giving you: NFTs with utilities that will be used as Avatars; Multi-Planetary Farming, where we will be airdropping Tokens from already release projects to our STT stakers; Discord servers integrating Faction that creating a more close-knit community and deliver on the promise of masterminding strategies for players to help their factions win larger allocations along with some unannounced perks!

New Social Media Channels

As a quick addition, we’d also like to mention that coming soon will be a new vesting dashboard for your tokens to create a more streamlined experience, where all players have project updates at their fingertips!

With such big plans on our roadmap ahead of us I really don’t think you’d want to miss out, and for that reason we’ve introduced 2 new social media that are going to be actively used to distribute news, AMAs, new graphics content and more.

Definitely a busy year bygone and even more so ahead of us, but even this is just scratching the surface of what we have planned for our players. With so many announcements it’s not surprising we can’t fit it all on here, so who knows what’s planned next for our launchpad that revolves around gaming and StarTerra!
