JOBS Act Update: SEC Raises Revenue Threshold for Emerging Growth Companies to $1.07 Billion

The Securities Exchange Commission has issued a rule increasing the maximum revenue that emerging growth companies can generate from $1 billion to $1.07 billion to account for inflation. The SEC is required to adjust this number every 5 years.
