I must say I’m shocked by how Adobe handles everything here. I’m trying to cancel my membership and they’re going to charge me 50% of my remaining contractual obligation because manipulating people through contracts is a good way to go about business (sarcasm). Also, the fact that I have to talk to someone is ridiculous and they put all these extra barriers up because they retain more unhappy customers that don’t want to jump through all the hoops (Because $ is everything right?).
