Startup people are all experiencing the problem of gaining traction. It’s a common problem.
It’s because they are most probably doing it wrong.
Never Build first and then market. See the need. Understand the need. Cater to the need.
It’s a rather simple concept but very hard to execute because we’re starting with what’s in our head and then trying to impress this vision upon the world.
Don’t build for yourself (d0 so, if you’re building for fun), instead, build for others, building for others means first communicating with them and understanding their needs.
