The StasyQ project launches initial token offering on April 6, 2018. StasyQ is a platform for publication of adult content. Unlike many startups who make a decision about crowdsale, StasyQ has a website that has been working since 2015. This is a successful business, which has its own wide audience. It is about 800,000 users per month and more than 1 million subscribers on social networks. The resource hosts over 200 unique, professionally filmed videos with models.
Observing the growing interest in the resource, the development team decided to increase its attractiveness and increase the audience by providing new functionality.
At the moment, the platform’s functionality is as follows:

Other tasks, which influenced the decision to conduct the ICO, were the difficulties associated with confidentiality when paying for the content, the elimination of high fees for the use of billing services for payment, the transparency and speed of funds transferring between content creators and models.
Usage the technology of blockchain and utility tokens based on the ERC-20 protocol allows to cope with these problems.

ICO Details
Initial coin offering is scheduled for April 6, 2018. The last day for receiving funds from investors is June 5, 2018.
The StasyQ token will be marked as SQOIN. The platform will function using smart-contracts.
To realize all the functionality and development of the platform it is planned to attract 20,000 ETH. The number of tokens issued is limited to 350,000,000 SQOIN. All unsold tokens will be burned. Each stage of the ICO has its own price for the token. At the beginning the SQOIN price is the lowest, and it grows as the ICO completes by June 5.
Issued tokens will be distributed as follows:
- 245 million SQOIN will be sold during the ICO;
- 17.5 million SQOIN will be spent on PR and bounty campaign;
- 87.5 million SQOIN will go to the projects’ team.
In terms of functions, the distribution of tokens is planned as follows:
- 60% will be used for marketing: creation of effective content for the platform promotion, launch of large-scale marketing campaigns, the purchase of targeted traffic;
- 20%: Expenses for the development and expansion of the functionality of the platform (StasyLive, integration of accounts for models and producers , StasySolution, etc.); an enlarging the development team to 15–20 key specialists, whose responsibilities include the further development of the technical platform, the introduction of new functions, product testing and error correction;
- 15% — maintenance costs — selection of models and content, creation of new professional content;
- 5%: legal support — solving of emerging issues of a legal nature with the purpose of carrying out the measures provided by the current legislation.
StasyQ is a promising project not only from the of functionality and satisfaction of users’ requests for adult content point of view, but also from the financial investments point of view.
