What a pleasant read that was. Surprisingly many people including myself don’t get the proper amount of sleep necessary to live a healthy life.

When our lives get busier every year, sleep is one of the things we like to cut and i can say that i did just that.

When i was in college 4–5 hours of sleep is all i got. It became normal to me to not get the proper amount of sleep, but now I’m working on trying to get back to my 7–8 hours.
