Faith Chapel Annual Report | 2015

We set out to create an Annual Report that inspired people and celebrated the role that our church has played in our community.

Our giving statements for the congregation are designed to work within a business envelope, so we designed the report to fit inside without creating mailing issues.

We tossed around other shapes and sizes, but ultimately landed with this design for a few reasons.

Physical // This shape allows us to send the report along with the statements. This is a big deal for us — as the congregant opens their statement, they get to see celebration and inspiration along with their personal contributions. There’s no added follow up (website, pick up a report at the Welcome Center, etc).

Cost // Because we ship with the envelope, it keeps our costs within a reasonable range since we don’t have to ship a separate product at another time.

Culture // It continues our culture of celebration that we have begun by sending Quarterly Reports along with Quarterly Statements. With every quarterly statement, we do a smaller quarterly report that is visually pleasing with areas of celebration and inspiration similar to our annual report.
