You actually make it sound magical and fun. For locals, they are probably bored out of their minds by all the constant drama.

But it’s all true. It’s also all the same game if the fun country is home. You thrive only when you realize the games being played and can understand the silent rules and keep alert. It gets tiresome though and we love those clockwork countries that give us a welcome reprieve from endless alertness.
