Impostor Syndrome — A psychological phenomenon in which people are unable to internalize their accomplishments.

Iceberg Illusion: We only see the surface.

Myth: You have to be perfect to be worthy.

Be Authentically vulnerable. Everyone is in a closet of some type.

How to embrace fear:

  1. Introspection — The examination of our fear with curiosity instead of judgement.
  2. Make Love to Your Fear — Name and Tame: Labeling your emotions lessens psychological reactions in the amygdala, lowering our fear response. Self-Compassion — You’re not alone!
  3. Up your Confidence — Power posing.

Build a fear file so you can examine your fears.
