“ Jury members need to believe beyond REASONABLE DOUBT that the accused did it. That’s all.” So, forget my SOOOO horrible comment of BEYOND A SHADOW OF A DOUBT, and use your comment of a REASONABLE doubt. Are you trying to tell me that there isn’t one SHADOW OF A DOUBT HERE? Your insults of calling my writing “ typical ignorant hyperbole” is perhaps impressive for you, it is laughable to me, and many other’s I imagine. If your entire SNAP is using the word SHADOW instead of REASONABLE, perhaps you should try explaining your own theory of this case, instead of writing an insult that has nothing to do with this case, ok? I will look of that, humor me…………
